Thank you for booking our Viking Christmas Market Tour starting in Basel and ending in Amsterdam. You were right about the beautiful scenery and more. Everything we did was first class and we celebrated our 56th anniversary onboard the cruise and everything was more than we ever imagined. You have more and above and was available to assist us even when the airlines lost our luggage and helped us filing our claims. Thank you and your lovely bride for the past 6 years of cruises and we plan on booking more in the upcoming years.

Thank you for the welcome home card. We did have a wonderful vacation and the resort was wonderful as well! The best part…the food!!! The best we’ve had at an all inclusive.
The resort is big….no doubt, but the shuttles were available if we didn’t feel like walking. With it being a larger resort though, it was nice to visit the different pool and beach areas. The resort staff was very friendly. When we got there we asked if there were any available upgrades for rooms and we got a Royale Suite for no charge. We gave the front desk personnel a nice American tip! J
Overall, very satisfied with it all!!! Definitely will recommend the resort to others. We plan to visit another El Dorado Resort in the future!

Odyssey Travel was a huge help for my boyfriend and my trip across Europe. Planning the trip was stress free and easy thanks to them. Besides planning the trip, they were very travel savvy. They gave great travel advice, especially the advice of purchasing travel insurance. Anne DuBose is such a warm and welcoming person, she put in so much care and thought into planning our trip. She was instantly available while we were overseas when one of our trains were cancelled. She took time out of her busy schedule to help us in any way we needed.
